Marriage at Tri Parish

Congratulations on your engagement and upcoming wedding. We are honored that you are celebrating your wedding at the Tri Parish Community. There are several steps that you will need to take in order to have your wedding here with us…

Reserve the date: Before you book the hall or make any plans, please contact the Tri Parish office and reserve the date and location of the wedding. The availability of the date will depend on the deacon’s or priest’s schedule. Visiting clergy are allowed to perform the ceremony as long as they meet diocesan requirements..

Time: The time of your wedding will depend on the day of the week it is scheduled, other parish activities scheduled on that day, and whether it is a mass or a ceremony.

Marriage Preparation: All couples seeking to get married at the Tri Parish community must meet several times with the deacon and his wife and with the pastor..

Ceremony: You will need to decide whether you would like to have a wedding mass or a ceremony outside of mass..

Rehearsal: Please book the rehearsal day and time with the Tri Parish office.. Before booking the rehearsal, please verify the date and time with the celebrant of your upcoming wedding.

Reception: If you would like to use the parish hall for your wedding reception or rehearsal reception, please contact the Tri Parish office to make the arrangements. Restrictions will apply and a fee for the use of the hall will be included..

Fee: A donation of $250 is requested and a stipend for the celebrant would be appreciated. If altar servers are part of the ceremony it is customary to tip them as well..

Music: Please make arrangements for an organist/vocalist through the Tri Parish office.. It is your responsibility to work out all fees with the musician and/or vocalist.
